This book narrates the inspiring life of late Ajna George, who was an exemplary Jesus Youth, a member of the Kerala Music Ministry, and an active member of the Teens Ministry. Ajna George reached her eternal abode on 21st January 2022. She was born in Vyttila, Kochi as the second daughter of Muttungal George and Achamma on 2nd April 1994. Her piety towards the holy Eucharist was notable even at an early age. She got attracted to Jesus Youth during her Plus Two while attending a retreat titled “Power Teens” conducted at St. Teresa’s Higher Secondary School. She joined Sacred Heart College Thevara for Degree Course in 2012 and eventually became the coordinator of Jesus Youth on the campus. During her degree and post-graduation at SH College, she was actively involved in attracting students to JY and to the Blessed Sacrament. Ajna George took leadership for many activities in and around the campus to give witness to the love of Christ. Ajna cleared the UGC-NET examination during her P.G. course and was appointed as a lecturer at Rajagiri College, Ernakulam. She was diagnosed with Sarcoma (Jaw Bone Cancer) on the very same day she received the appointment order from the college. After the surgery and chemotherapy, she worked as a guest lecturer at Sacred Heart College Thevara for a year but couldn’t continue as the disease reappeared. She fought valiantly for five years with cancer receiving strength from the daily holy communion. This book is written by Fr. Joseph Kumbuckal (Sabu Thomas) who was her teacher and in charge of Jesus Youth at SH College and Jith George who was her close friend and associate in Jesus Youth.
